Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a federally funded program and
helps income-eligible individuals pay their utility bills. The program runs November
through March or until funds are exhausted.

WEATHERIZATION (IDAHO) is a
program for qualified income-eligible individuals that help make homes more energy
efficient. The Weatherization program is
a federally funded program administered by local Southeast Idaho Community Action
Agencies (SEICA). Income requirements are basically the same as those
of the LIHEAP program.
